Only you can do the work.
But I can help.

I've spent over a decade working as a marketing consultant: building brands, running campaigns, and creating strategies that drive real results. I know what works, what doesn't, and what feels manipulative (which I won't do).

I also went to college to study psychology, specifically trauma and mental illness. That's where I learned why traditional business advice often fails: it doesn't account for our histories, nervous systems, and lived experiences shaping how we show up in our work.

My background:

This combination of strategic marketing expertise plus a deep understanding of trauma is what makes my approach different as a business coach for women and queer entrepreneurs.

Whether you're navigating neurodivergence, healing from trauma, or just exhausted by advice that doesn't fit your reality, I work with your whole self.

Why this work matters:

Most marketing advice assumes everyone operates the same way. It tells you to "just do more"—post more, hustle more, be more visible. But that doesn't work when:

  • Visibility feels unsafe

  • Pricing triggers shame

  • Boundaries feel impossible

  • Perfectionism keeps you stuck

Trauma-informed marketing and business coaching work with your whole self, not against it. Together, we create strategies you can actually sustain while still driving real business growth.

I didn't arrive at this work by accident. I grew up in an abusive home, made destructive choices trying to survive my twenties, and ended up in rehab by thirty. When I left, I began to rebuild. I went to college, started businesses, got my life "back together."

But I still couldn't feel okay inside.

That's when I learned: trauma doesn't disappear when we succeed. It hides. It shows up in how we price our work, set boundaries, and show up (or don't) for our businesses.

So I went deeper. I studied how trauma works, looked at my own patterns and wounds, and started the long process of healing them. Recovery taught me that healing isn't linear, and growth means integrating your past, not erasing it.

My story:

Now I'm on the other side—not perfect, not "fixed," but whole. Building a business I love, raising kids I adore, living in Vermont, and helping other women and queer entrepreneurs do the same.

What I believe:

  • Your business should support your whole life, not consume it

  • Strategy and authenticity aren't opposites

  • Healing and business growth fuel each other

  • You can grow without burning out

  • The world genuinely needs what you’re building

I offer marketing strategy, business coaching, and intuitive healing support—separately or combined, depending on what you need. Sessions can be live or async, structured or flexible. We'll start with what you need right now and adjust as we go.

Because real transformation happens when you're not fighting the process itself.

How we can work together:

Let's work together

Your work should build the life you want, unapologetically.
